Privacy Policy

Kilowatt Texas ("we," "our," or "us") cares about your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use kilowatttexas.com (the "Site"), how we use it, who we share it with, and what rights you have. We try to be straightforward — no legalese fog.

1. Who we are

Kilowatt Texas is a Texas-focused energy advisory service that operates the website at kilowatttexas.com. We help Texans in deregulated electricity markets compare retail electricity providers (REPs), understand their bills, and switch to cheaper plans when it makes sense.

We are not a Retail Electric Provider (REP). We do not generate, transmit, or distribute electricity. We help Texans connect with licensed REPs.

We use this to operate the Site, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse. We do not currently use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party tracking on the Site. If we add advertising tracking pixels in the future, this policy will be updated and we'll add a cookie banner.
